Playing different PvE MMO missions at random getting things marks like Omega, Romulan, Fleet, Dyson, and Nukara. I think I also have 3 Dyson commendations. Too bad I no longer any level item reward for Borg sector dailies.
I also discovered I had a Nuraka Tribble when I was browsing through the C-Store. It gives +1 Nukara mark every hour I squeeze it (I mostly forget to do so). Too bad I cannot threaten to stick it in a 25th century microwave to get more Nukara marks out of it. I wonder if my KDF character also get one too... it should make a nice little snack...
From what I've read it seems Cryptic ended up gaving everyone the Nuraka Tribble instead of those people who participated in the Tribble test server.
