Hello. I played as federation, but i got tired of it, so i decided to make kligon tactical officer. I have read about fleet mogh battle cruiser and i am simply in love with that ship. I have made some plans so i would like to hear youre thoughts on them :
- well i want to play mostly stf, and pve, with pvp a secondary objective
- i want to run 4 disruptor DHC ( or antiproton ), quantum torpedo in front, and probably 3 turrets at the back ( or 2 turrets and cutting beam )
- since i wanna play as damage dealer i want to go with powers in engine and weapons, so my main goal is to find how to increase turn rate ( i need help here... i know fleet engineering consoles boost turn, high engine boost turn.. )
- my plan is to use auxuliary to battery build to get even higher power levels, shorter cooldown.
- with low shield my plan is to use fleet resilient shield ( for lower hull damage ), warp core which will transfer power from engine to weapon, probably some very rare positron deflector, and some engine with really high turn ( i need help here also, i dont know which engines have high turn )
Also, i could use all this setup for raptors, escept few things..
So my primary choice is to deal damage, and to be tough to kill, with high turn rate... so i am looking forward to playing kligon, and if u can help me with this build with any way i would be very grateful. Thnx in front all

Sounds like you've been reading up.
A few things to keep in mind:
-Compare to beam array fits, dhc builds won't break records on dps logs. But it will kill faster, due to more concentrated fire. Decide what you prefer.
-A2b is mainly for traditional cruisers that use high drain beam arrays, lacks tac boffs, and don't run max weapons normally. Of course, nothing says you can't use it on your dhc mogh.
-Do not use e->w core, unless you plan to run with max power to engine. The first system should be one where your power is high, to gain the greatest benefits. You got your a2b on a nonbeam boat, so that's w, or s, to something else.
-Mogh has strategic maneuver command for +3 turn, use it.
-Don't roll Klingon, roll Nausiccan, for the space dmg bonus. Then use Nausiccan boffs. Your captain + 5 boffs = 9% dmg buff. This buff is final dmg, and it applies to everything from weapons, to plasma burn, to grav wells. If you self destruct, it buffs dmg on that - absolutely everything. It's a racial trait, white buffs do fine. It's a cheap and accessible way for klinks to rival Romulans. Get it, use it.
-Don't use disruptor, use Romulan Plasma. It comes with the same disruptor proc, but is buffed by plasma science consoles. It's a free extra tac console for every 3 science consoles. Get it, use it.
Yes. The 3 piece bonus is good too, if you don't mind the horrible low cap of the borg shield.
Yeah there are plenty of good fleets out there
If you want one msg me at keshka@jmaster29
I use Enhanced RCS with [+AllRes] even with a beam build. If your set on cannons, I suggest the same. Also you should look into an aux2damp build, you'll have better resists against torpedoes which do massive damage in PVE and it grants a large boost to turn rate. Overall I prefer beam builds as your not a sitting duck for massive damage spikes which happen often in pve and the reason many cannon build users who don't have a tanky team-mate aggroing die often in pve.
It's 15. 22% of the base 9 turn rate per console.
I suggest alien. Klingons and orions are not well min/maxed for space combat. Aliens can manage a strong build for anything. Nauss isnt bad. BTW its really easy to make an alien look like a klingon if you want that look/feel, I have a bank alt thats about 3 feet tall and otherwise looks exactly like a klingon, you can almost see other players do a double-take when he runs by.
Well, since both beams and cannons drain a lot of weapon power regardless of which you use, that means that you'll be running at very high weapon power. It depends on your playstyle, but I'd usually use a Fleet Warp Core with [W->S] so I can make the ship defenses more durable.
If you're not in a fleet or still don't have acess to the fleet warp cores, I'm not that much familiar with the regular cores, but I guess something that adds more power to shields would do good.
