I usually always report a bug/glitch whenever I come across one, may it be in a game or on a website. And so I did a few days ago when I encountered a bug on Origins site.
Imagine my surprise when I got a personal reply email saying "To show you how much we appreciate your help I have granted you Titanfall Beta for PC".
Later, after installing and trying out the Origin launcher a bit I encountered another bug that I also reported, this time I got 15% off in their store for a month.
This is quite the opposite to my experience with how PWE/Cryptic has been handling feedback and bug reports in the past. Now I just hope to see a big improvement with the apparent attempt to revamp Customer Service:

I've reported bugs before...nothing ever happened, even the one during the winter event, Only one of the food things I did counted and i never got my accolade I didnt have time to do them all again!!

The GM didnt wanna help ether, in fact they get kinda nervous when you do bring it up to them. ("I have a bug>" "Oh a bug huh, er, >static static< sry your breaking up..")
I dont wanna say they dont care, but that would mean the only other option would be they do it on purpose....i would hope that isnt the case. But I like this game too much to go to something else, so I try not to think of customer service being like the school lunch line...(dropping what ever on your plate, telling you its fine keep moving) plus they do give lots of free stuff.
But as for the bugs and fixing them, the one thats been under my skin for years is the caitian and now ferisan bug. im not able to label any of the outfits, when you have 15 used slots its difficult to remember where what is. Ive sent out over a dozen bug reports and bothered the GMs countless times over the years...and yet nothing. The new guy says hes going to tackle all the old bugs, (why do they always begin with saying that?) lets see if he remembers Caitians...we keep getting left out!
The bugs that make the game a mess or tougher to play seem to stay longer then the ones that would help. Bug maintenance is the maytag repairman....the nerf squad has their own aircraft carrier with Chuck Norris brand missiles!!
Player: "this doesnt work."
PWE: "Fill out this paper work, mail it in and some one will be by in 12 to 80 buisness days to ...help." Maintenance
Player: "Wow, this thing is awesome, it works beyond all expectations!!!"
PWE: "SCRAMBLE THE JETS!!!!!" My poor Orion Slavers
...and if you havent figured it out by now, your probably too serious or new to the forums to know when im just messing around for a quick laugh.
