First, let me say that I obviously do not post much (actually this may be first) but I do appreciate the advice and overall helpful attitude of these forums.
I've learned a ton by searching these forums and gathering bits of wisdom here and there. I'm now nearing what I believe to be a "final" build and I'm looking for more specific advice.
The end goal of this build is for elite PVE / STF and PvP....of course my piloting skills may not be up to snuff but that's something only I can work on

My setup is the standard DHC antiproton, crit build (20% crit chance, 86% crit damage).
I know my skill tree in not optimal but I can deal with that. FYI, the neutronium console is the fleet version + turn.
I am thinking about ditching the MK XI field generator for either of these 3 items:
1. 2nd fleet neutronium + turm console
2. Fleet RCS + all res console or
3. Romulan -[TH][PLA] embassy console
Which would be recommended or are there 4th, 5th, etc..options? I may need to rearrange my universal consoles depending on which way I go.
Any other thoughts / comments would be appreciated (doff, boffs, PvP set up, etc..).

Your build page shows a field generator instead of an emitter. I would keep the generator.
I've been running the FPE for a long time, it's a tough little ship!
I agree with Ursus, adding another Neutronium will make you extra tanky for the many times you find yourself in PvP and dead in the water.

I will definitely swamp out BO for BFAW.
I think the best thing at this point is to simply buy and try the various options presented here and see what feels / works best.
