Best spots for DOFF missions?

I'm closing in on completing all DOFF mission categories. The last 4 are proving a challenge though. Can anyone tell me the best locations, both Fed and KDF, for finding quality Recruitment and Trade missions? I see a lot of missions, particularly Trade, but they're mostly small potatoes stuff. I'm looking for 100+ points missions, preferably over 200+, and in consistent delivery in whichever zone or area it is.
There's quite a bit of trade in the zones and sectors around DS9, but not a lot of Trade points with them. Likewise, the Dyson Sphere has a lot of trade missions, again, mostly around 50 Trade points, give or take a few.
Recruitment, I've no idea. So far, I find it really hit or miss.
I'd also really like to know why these two were not made sub-categories of Operations, or given their own listings on the Duty Officer listings in my Ready Room.

I'm prety much in the exact same situation beeing busy with the last 4, and trade and recruitment beeing among those...
For trade there are 2 "establish long distance trade route" assignments popping up regulary that give good rewards, they appear everywhere (therefore in cardassian area, too).
Other then that some nebula assignments reward trade cp additional to others, but sometimes those are ok too.
For recruitment there is one particular assignment in the Dyson sphere that rewards more then 1000, on a crit I got more then 10.000 out of it once.
Other then that there is nothing but the usual routine:
- recruit throw away bridge officers whenever it's possible.
- go to the academy to get duty officers, each of those assignments reward recruitment.
- pick every asylum assignment possible
- do the "recruit civilian labor for Waldi whatever-stuff" assignments that unlocks with some mission chain, gives 400 cp daily.
Still takes forever.
I think he just cares for the trade points not the actual rewards...
Exactly. I do take the Dyson Sphere trade missions because they reduce the cost of the faction rep prerequisite items, and I'll take the trades around DS9 because the goods sell decently, or I can use them for my alts, but really I'm only trying to grind up the Trade ranks.
For Recruitment, there are uncommon assignments with what appear to be several day cooldowns in the Dyson Sphere that reward a good chunk of CXP. Otherwise, spend your time in Exploration Clusters. The colonization lines will net you a decent chunk of Colonization, Trade and Recruitment CXP. Additionally The Gamma Quadrant sectors are a good place to find recruitment CXP via the officer exchanges and the labor recruitment assignments(these consume colonists/civilians - including 'entertainment holograms').
There are decent Trade assignments in the same area. You'll get some decent chunks for exploration cluster assignments, but I always find the bulk of this CXP always comes from spamming Trade Missions, Gamma Quadrant resources, and Entertainment Provision exchanges for Entertainment Holograms.
One way to do it, which requires a couple of empty doff slots to be efficient, is the downgrinder at the academy.
Rares are currently dirt-cheap (~100k for the less desired professions), which means you can downgrind them into commons, collect recruitment exp and even make a bit of money doing so (you'll get 9 commons, which are ~15-25k). Grinding a rare into commons will get you 300 recruitment exp, (1x 150 + 3x 50) without any boost and will be over in ~30 seconds.
That I can answer. Look for the "escort 'x' character to DS9" missions in sector blocks Beta Ursae, Alpha Trianguli, and Zeta Andromedae. "X" being whatever race ambassador the game dreams up. Many times several of these will appear in the three sector blocks so acquire multiple copies of the DOFFs needed to fulfill. I believe these run close to 250 per mission, and crits can send them way over 1000.
These sector blocks occasionally have other diplomacy missions of 100+ points so they're good for racking up diplomacy points quickly.
If I recall correctly, these sector blocks also have a lot of marauding missions, so it might be profitable for both sides.
New to me - how does this work ?
- Haven't tried, but about trading, I read you can find more missions onboard trade ships. If you don't own one of those, maybe you can hook up with another captain or something ...

I may have found exactly what you're looking for - the 2 missions from the fleet mine, this is what I just finished today : But you need good quality DOFFs.
There's also develop. XP and dil/credits/mine provisions. You need a tier 2 mine, I believe.
I'm wondering if there isn't similar missions at other fleet places, starbase/embassy ?
Umm, I vaguely remember there are player missions for diplomacy XP (so not DOFF).
