"You Found..." offers

Don't know how I missed this before, but wandering the Klingon Academy, my Orion bumped into the Imperial Personnel Auditor next to the Exchange. He popped up a "You Found.." window, and offered me a purple BOFF, K'Gan, Klingon Tactical Male. (didn't work out on this character, had to file a bug report, but regardless...)

My question: are there more "You Found..." offers like this on either side? If so, is there a list of them somewhere, or would you care to share your finds?

    I think he's a special case.
    It's the Klingon version of Tovan from the new Tutorial.;)

    The feds get Elisa Flores the same way, and the Romulans get theirs at the start of the game into, you may know him as Tovan Khev

    if you have forgotten, he is the purple officer you get free with a new character, right away on the first quest out of the tutorial. This NPC lets you re-acquire him if you had let him go.

    it also lets characters who were created pre-LoR to pick him up.

    Not forgotten, just didn't know about him. My Orion was created in the first month of the game, if I remember correctly. Back when KDF was hardly a faction. I'd stepped away from the game for a few years.

    I'm pretty sure that was a bad joke.

    Anyways, while I do play KDF, my first officer will always be Talash(a Gorn) that I got back when I created Beltran in season 3. That being said, Flores apparently has 3 superior traits, which is BETTER than a regular purple Boff. So if K'Gan is similar....
