Vice Admiral Looking for RP fleet

Hi i'm Ricky Gordon Chase vice admiral of the federation Tactician. i am in search of an rp fleet thats not super serious but still very active i'm not looking for any specific other that those things friendly group of allies to engage the enemy with on patrols etc something to keep me active within the game and break up all the rep grinding stuff ....
On a less serious note it would just be nice to belong to active chatty fleet where it doesnt feel like im playing the game single player all the time.... fleet meetings held in the halls of the fleet space dock etc the little things that help immerse one within the game its what im dying to get back into.
Backstory would be ....
Fresh out of the academy an apprehensive Cdt Chase approaches his first posting as a lowly weapons officer aboard A heavy Cruiser the U.S.S Pantinoma . Commanded By Admiral Kolenchov the crew get ready to make berth out into the vast galaxy ahead of them. As the departure routines began to occur Cdt Chase reviews his academy life partying hard and roller coasting his way through training naturally gifted as a marksman. taking command is a long way off this freshmans dreams little does he know what path lays ahead of him as his adventure begins.
or something along those lines since it would seem unrealistic for him to come out a captain of a vessel like that as he's not the run of a mill guy crossing all the T's and dotting all the i's.

if i was to sum up the kind of rper i am i would say im a beginner enthusiastic but unknowing of exactly where to start rough around the edges but im willing to learn and pick it up apply effort and energy to do better and serve my role as best as i can even if it means starting lower in the ranks.
incase time zones matter i am gmt from london england
