Veteran fur shoulder pads

Firstly, I am a 200 day veteran from back when the game was pay to play. Secondly, I KNOW I had them on my Orion female at one point but have since changed her outfit. Now I'm trying to put them on my Gorn and I can't find them anywhere. I've tried all of the upper options and nothing. I have the veteran option, but no veteran fur option. Are they missing for anyone else or am I just that blind?

    Shouldpads section. it's in there.

    Nope, nothing. I've looked under shoulder pad left and right. I've switched through tight, loose, bare chest, and armored upper options. Like I said, the plain veteran option is there, just not the veteran fur.

    Edit: I also went and looked on my Orion female that I had them on during the winter event and she doesn't have the option either.

    You try putting in a ticket? Because if you're 200 days you should have access to them/

    The Veteran Fur is for 500 days Veterans mate. You only get the basic Veteran ones (without the fur) on the 200-th day subscribed. 300 more to go. ;)

    See that's what I was wondering too, if maybe I was mistaken. The wiki says that you get the veteran and veteran fur shoulder pads for 200 days, the cape for 500 days, and the belt and gauntlets for 900 days, though I realize that's not official. The official STO site is rather vague. It just says that you get a "special veteran uniform option". Like I said previously though, I could have sworn I had the fur ones for my Orion female during the winter event. I'm waiting for a lifetime sub sale anyway, so I guess I'll get them then. Thank you for your help.

    Yeah, the info on those is pretty vague on the official STO site and the Wiki....well, they might have it wrong or maybe it was like that some time ago, I honestly don't remember.
    What I know is that I only got the basic Veteran shoulder pads when I hit 200 days subscribed and I only recently passed 500 days and got the fur then.
