Seeking Romulan RP fleet

So I have finally dedicated myself to making a Romulan alt. I need an RP fleet.
She is a refugee whose husband was killed by the Tal Shiar; their daughter was also abducted by them. At first, she just wants peace, but when they attack Virinat, she takes up a plasma rifle for the first time and defends it. Finally driven to action, she puts her technical know-how to use and starts fighting the Empire any way she can, including espionage and battle.
Ideally, I'd like a T5 fleet that does not require registry on a site or teamspeak and that has reasonable rules for promotion (I do intend to outfit her with fleet gear).
