Tactical Captain ground skill Combat Specialist

This skill says it increase the captain's Critical Hit and Critical Severity stats, but no where can you tell by how much. Could any of the devs reveal who much it contributes?

    The bonus provided by this stat is hidden. However, rough testing has determined it's approximately +2.5% Critical Chance and +25% Critical Severity with 9 ranks in the skill.
