Dilithium Weekend: Does it affect reputation stuff?

You know those missions you get after hitting tier V of a reputation?
The one that gives you a ton of dilithium ore?

Any idea if that's affected by the Dilithium Weekend?
I know it affects the marks/implant/processor to dilithium projects, but what about the completion reward?

Anyone know?
