So how are you setting up your Dyson

I personally set mine up in the closet until my carpets good and dirty before bringing it out...jk
but for those who already have their new Dyson anniversary ships how are you guys setting it up? It would be nice to be able to use both forms in a fight to the best of their ability. Honestly though since science ships require some form of beam weapon it's hard to do.
(side question: since im kinda coming back after a long break and re-leveling a new toon, I know the obelisk now requires to be purchased, but does the feature episode still reward the omni beam and warp core?)
Seeing how the new ships transformation only goes on CD (according to the site, or I read it incorrectly) when leaving tactical mode back into normal mode) Seems you could start a fight in normal mode, use sub targetting+ a command Sci ability, then switch to tact mode...its almost like having the ability to use both a command sci and Tact ability in the same fight.
Also has anyone done the math to see if equiping pure +Cannon dmg Tact consoles would be better or worse then equiping pure energy and simply ignoring the built in cannon?
Personally I was thinking of simply goin 3X DH Antiproton cannons front, Omni Beam/Cutter/Turret rear (since you can still sub target with the omni) and going AP tact consoles

That is what i did and i love the ship....i cant even go back to my scimitar i like it so much. my unbuffed DPS is in the 4-5 thousand range in sci mode. the proton cannon adds another 1000 DPS. this does not account for fire on my mark, APA, or any other buffs. cant wait for the 10 console pack, ill be able to make this thing hit like a valdore.
A Decloaking Alpha Aves with Viral Matrix and Romulan sets.
A Flow-Capped Drain-Nov with Plasmonic Leech and Tykens.
Some people have to be the first at something to feel special, seen quite a few Dyson ships already so yeah some people are wasting lobi for them -.- but hey whatever floats your boat right?
Got 11 more days personally till I get mine, I missed like the first week of the event cause I was busy doing stuff on NW lol
to be honest, I think the ship is garbage.. to quite scotty, "the more you overthink the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain".. the ship has too many bells and whistles, it has too many gimmicks to keep track of, and just like the vetran destroyer, it will soon fade away, till its rare to see one..
actually it's quite cheap, past 3 days you'd have about 520 Qmendations from the grind alone (mission included)
but with the boxes being so cheap, and the Qmendations in said boxes so high (wish the glossy pics were the same price, and dish out, i might actually buy them), they are able to let you skip at least 4-6 days worth of grinding on two keys, 7 if you get 20's.
10 Lobi- 30-40 Qmendations, 1 box gives a minimum of 4-max 15, the 4 has a 4/10 chance of dropping, the 11 has a 3/10, the 15 1/10, 12 is a 7/10 chance, and the keys were on sale, you could spend $25 and get the dyson ship, or buy keys and suplement with the daily missions, and be done faster.
it's all determined on how much lobi you already have.
