Another suggestion for assignments

Hi there, me again -
I'm the guy commanding a very real Starship in an alternate reality using your software.
Many times when I am reviewing an assignment, the "You do not have a duty officer that satisfies this position" icon comes up.
50% of the time, I can find the duty officer by pulling up 'Duty Officers' and doing a search for the require skills.
But the other 50% of the time, it's a bear to find out who has those skills that are currently not searchable (such as Resolve) and what tasks they are on that's keeping them occupied.
My advice:
If you do a double click on the requirements with the icon '"You do not have a duty officer that satisfies this position' next to it, you could bring up a 'list' of those duty officers, assigned or not, who have the required skill, and a click on the officer there will allow you to see what assignment they are assigned to.
Additionally, a 'nice to have' feature would be to also include an 'Abort Assignment' button next to their name, that way if someone is assigned you could directly abort their assignment right there then go back and assign them to the other assignment!
