Begin Sponsorship Procedures for Upcoming Officer - a little help please

I recently finished the sponsorship project from the Dyson rep system (twice).

Now, it says the following in the release notes:

- All characters will see a new Tier 1 Project in each specific reputation: "Claim Sponsorship"
- This project may not be immediately visible until a character interacts with the Reputation System in some way.
- Even something as simple as slotting any project then canceling it will trigger the projects to appear.
- Even though this is a T1 Project, it can be run by any character of any reputation tier other than Tier 5.


I can't seem to find the project. I only see the requisition projects, the "continue to thwart voth efforts" project, the "Ongoing Efforts against the voth" project and the ""cybernetic implant samples" project.

Can someone please tell me where I can find it?

And, how do I trade it with my other character?

If you're seeing "Continue to Thwart", you're on a Tier 5 character... you have to do "Claim Sponsorship" on someone who isn't Tier 5. Though I'm a little confused by your question - you completed the sponsorship project but can't find it?

You can trade the sponsorship tokens through the Account Bank.

You claim in on a character that hasn't completed tier 5
You would have to trade it through your account bank. If you are not a Gold member, and you have not purchased shared account bank access, then you would need to do so to use it to trade between your toons.

Precisely, they're intended to make getting other toons to tier V easier.

Yes, you run the sponsorship on your tier 5 character to get the token, then you transfer the token to a character who is not tier 5, and run the project to claim the sponsorship which just takes the token to run, and it gives that character a permanate doubling of repulation points per project while you level it through the rep.

Your tier 5 toon will have a mission in the upgrades for sponsorship that requires 50 dyson marks. You do this mission for each toon not at tier 5 completion. The token you receive from the mission goes into your shared bank for the other toon(s) to withdraw and use to modify the reputation reward to 2x (5000 for the commendation, 300 for mark rewards). Those toons do the claim mission to activate the mission (under tier 1).
