Will the Atrox be getting a secondary deflector slot?

As per the title, does anyone know of the Atrox carrier will be getting a secondary deflector slot?

I heard that the KDF carriers with science abilities will be getting the secondary deflector slot, so I was wondering if the same were true for the Atrox.

    Where does it say this? From what I've read, only science ships will be receiving a secondary deflector slot. And last I checked, carriers are classed as "Other", not as "Science Ships".
    It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once. B)

    Q: What ships can equip them?

    A: Science Vessels. In short, if the starship has both Subsystem Targeting and Sensor Analysis it will receive a Secondary Deflector slot even if the ship?s art doesn?t have a Secondary Deflector.

    so in short: no.

    Could you prove this somehow? Where did you hear it?

    It would be awsome but i doubt it since the criteria is "Full Science Vessel with both Subsystem targeting AND Sensor Analysis...

    You probably heard wrong then. The two ships do not have Sensor Analysis.

    Hm... I haven't touched my Obelisk in a while, but does anyone remember if it has SA? I seem to remember that it does, but I can't be 100% sure...

    Ironic that if it does, it will be the only carrier with a secondary deflector.

    There are no carriers with sensor analysis... they have just Subsystem Targeting.

    This. I was all giddy that my JHDC would get a secondary deflector, but alas, no. :(

    Generally speaking science vessels only, with a few cruiser exceptions. Carriers are left by the wayside again.

    I am not troubled by the Atrox not getting a secondary deflector then.

    It would only upset me if other carriers were to get the secondary deflector while the Atrox was left out. That would bother me because as far as carrier go, the Atrox is the most sciency of all the carriers and if any carriers deserved to get a secondary deflector, it would be the Atrox.

    Just go to a fed shipyard un-select anything but "others". And there they are, Atrox and Obelisk Carriers... The HEC used to be there until it got re-defined as an escort... (Yep, i remember that, good old times).

    The odds are the only ship with a hangar that will get a secondary deflector is the Multi-Mission Explorer line if even they get one...
