Q Episode 8.5 - Repeatable always?

Hi,

Simple question - with the release of the 8.5 episode/mission... just wondering if it will always be repeatable? Or is it only available during the 4th year anniversary event?

I ask because I don't have any max level characters, thus the rewards I'm getting from doing the mission are not the highest level possible reward (well, I believe that's the case). Am wondering if I'll be able to repeat the missions when I'm at max level?

Regarding this - if I can repeat the missions at max level, the gear I get as rewards will be a higher quality right? Right now my highest level toon is level 36, so won't be getting the highest level gear from doing the mission?

I understand the ship & Party Time quest/mission will only be available during the anniversary event, but does this apply to the episode as well? Or just the Qmendations part of the episode/mission?

Final part - If this is repeatable after the anniversary, then all accolades (apart from Celebration: Year Four!) should be possible to do at any time?

Sorry if this sounds silly, but I wasn't around for previous anniversary events... and not sure how episodes/missions/quests added in/around anniversary events work (ie kept permanently, only available in that time, etc).

The FE will always be around, but the 400 Qmendations will most likely be gone as you should have played the mission already to claim it. Either way the FE will stay and you can keep getting the gear, but the Q thing at the Academy will go away

Like Temporal Ambassador, it will likely go into the journal a short while after the anniversary event is over.

To quote the Dev Blog on this subject...

Both the Solanae Environmental Suits and the Solanae Hybrid Technologies Set will be permanently available as rewards for playing ?A Step Between Stars,? even after the Anniversary Event has ended.

Players will be able to earn Qmendations up until Server Maintenance on February 27th, 2014. Be sure to complete your Dyson Hybrid Ship Project before this day comes, or you may have to wait an entire year before you can claim it! If you won?t be able to complete it in time, visit the Lobi Store and pick up an Annivesary Qmendation Package for 5 Lobi, which will contain between 10 and 20 Qmendations to add to an active Anniversary Ship Project.
