Overall a very well done FE. Tuvok was Tuvok, and I really liked Dr. Cooper. He and Lt. Broccoli would be fast friends. It made me think Tuvok might be going senile when he commented "I detect a presence" immediately after the Capt is killed by the Voth sniper. Wow Tuvok, are you sure?! Your logic is flawless!
Later during the final space battle with species 8472, the Undine taunting of Tuvok was priceless.
So the suggestion I have for this FE is as follows. The Undine just destroyed the Voth dreadnaught with a single shot. I found myself wondering why the Undine did not use their lance against us. It's obviously an extremely powerful and superior weapon. The new Dyson ship could have advanced sensors that detect the buildup prior to the Undine lance firing AND activate its protonic shielding. Perhaps it could only withstand one shot, and is forced to defeat the Undine before they can fire again. But it would answer the question of why they spared us the assault of their lance. And show off the new Dyson ships advanced shielding.

A Romulan Strike Team, Missing Farmers and an ancient base on a Klingon Border world. But what connects them? Find out in my First Foundary mission: 'The Jeroan Farmer Escapade'
Now if the Iconians are the true bad guys, they are going to have to show them just ganking the Undine, with bigger ships, than that ship that took a minute to blow up 3 cubes.
Not only that, how about "sensors" detecting that powered-down Voth Mech/Suit just after you can see it plain as day with the naked eye? Wow, with scanning technology almost equal to the Mk I Eyeball, how can anything possibly get past us?
