What The Q! This is Awsome!

STO added a new saucer option for the heavy cruisers! It's the Constellation Class Saucer! Will we be seeing the addition of the other parts of the constellation(ex. Picards Stargazer) the heavy cruiser is the perfect fit for these parts. Anyone else want to see the other parts added as well? Thanks Devs even if its just the saucer its really awsome!

Also they added parts to the defiant as well...

    I'd have thought if the other parts were going to be included, they'd have done it already. Why wait? Why tease us with a saucer only to add the nacelles and hull in later? I would be inclined to believe that the saucer is all we're going to get (though that doesn't really make sense either, why bother with half the ship?) :P

    I suspect the saucer wasn't suppose to be released just yet. If that's the case, the other parts will come later. Likely with next weeks patch?

    Every so often, a little bit of something leaks, so it's possible this is just another case of that. It could be another fleet ship or costume pack that will be released in the near future, hence why the rest isn't there.

    Confirmed! I just went to my character with a Heavy Cruiser and there it was, the Constellation.


    Guess it's not done. She's missing the front Deflector Grill.

    I got it to. I cant wait for the rest of the ship! It looks great! :D

    Ah but now we KNOW its coming. its just a waiting game for the official announcement! :) I wonder what else they might be making? (Hoping for a new Orleans and Niagara class)

    More ship skins, especially "refits" and more show/movie ships are always welcome.

    I gotta fly that Gallant refit when it's done. Sexy.

    No not really, if you think of it in form of code if you have the option already in use on holodeck on the heavy cruiser and someone already has it as part of their skin and it got changed a error would happen most likely causing a null reference. Most likely to stay as part of the heavy cruiser. Would a dev. like to comment?

    What a lovely model! I love the design so much, I will definitely buy the Constellation right away, if released, or continue using just the saucer. I hope it's not a mistake, but a preview & I hope they do not remove it because it's really a well done model of a very interesting ship.

    I really wanna know what's up with the Tactical Escort refit skins. If they are a part of something much bigger, I shall want to make sweet love to each and every individual dev involved with it.
