Anniversary Missions

Why not add the previous events back in when it is the anniversary?? Still odd that the Utopia Planitia Shipyards hasn't appeared again. Got the oddy set just would like the ambassador on an alt, will prob get the fleet one on my main. Probably lots of players that were not around before and it would give those previous missions/content more use.
