Mission Tracker

Is there any way I can change the mission tracker? Why do I have to keep clicking on it to see the objectives. There are lots of sub missions in episodes and it keeps minimizing to just two lines. Doesn't seem to matter how big I make the window. I can't see anything in options that will change it..
