Suggestion: Reset Feature on Tutorials

TL;DR: Add a reset feature on tutorials that restarts the mission in progress.

In-depth explanation:
Creating new toons recently, I've encountered a couple of non-resolvable issues during tutorials. I'll get to what they were later, but the point is that they completely blocked me from progressing through the mission. In a normal mission, you can just beam/warp out to fix it if options like /stuck or change instance fail; but because these are tutorial missions, you can't escape. If you get stuck in this predicament, the only present way to deal with it is to recreate your toon. This can be annoying if you spent a lot of time tweaking your appearance and forgot to save. (From now on, I'll be saving whenever I create a new toon) And if you've never completed the faction's respective tutorial, you can't skip it, which has real potential for problems.

So here's my suggestion: During tutorial missions, add a button in the mission journal that allows you to "reset" your mission in progress. You're sent back to where the mission started, and you start from square one. While this might be an annoying thing to need to do, it's preferable to recreating your toon. I can see how this could be easily exploited if used post-tutorial, which is why I'm suggesting that it only be available during them.

For those of you curious about what the problems were that I encountered, here they are:
  1. I was on the Miranda bridge during the tutorial, just before the [REDACTED] beam the ship. (Don't want to spoil it for those of you who haven't played the new Federation tutorial yet.) Just as I was about to use the turbolift to go to the transporter room, when the servers went offline. When my toon emerged from his coma, he was spazzing all over the place and was unable to move. I'm willing to accept that this was an anomolus occurance because of the blackout, but anomolous things like this are exactly why I think this is a good idea.
  2. In the mission on Vega Colony, I defeated the final mission boss and destroyed the transport inhibitor, but my mission journal didn't acknowledge the boss' defeat, causing a progression block.
For personal reasons, I've left Star Trek Online.

I was in the middle of the tutorial mission when the servers went down. When I got back in I could not finish the mission. Captain Taggart is gone, but I can progress through the rest of the game. The issue is this mission is now showing as active and I cannot delete it. Pretty annoying
