Question about this 180-Degree flip console....

...SO - when you trigger the 180 flip console from the Hirogen Escort (whatever it's called), do you still maintain your previous angular momentum for a sec or are you instantly going the speed you were going when you triggered it?

Personally, I'd prefer like the speed to gradually go to zero so you can "Starfury" it for a sec. I kinda like the idea of incorporating some Newtonian physics a bit more.

    Seriously...at most people have had an hour and a half to play the game before the server got nerfed.

    So give it a few hours after server comes back :P

    Maybe that's what happened? Bunch of folks got together while flying the Apex and they flipped...boom...server died. ;)

    I would definitely be curious to see the answer on this though, given the how one might picture it taking place with say a Defiant and an Apex, eh?
