Anniversary EV Suits

Anyone figure out how to get them yet?

EDIT: Confirmed in a similar thread in general discussion.

The type of suit you get depends on what you use.

No support: Striker
beams: Marksman
Swarmers: enforcer.

    You get one free from the mission with Tuvok.

    The EV suits work in the same way the backpack jets do - with a little less help from gravity. When it first get switched the 'on/off' button may not always work, or indicate it's working. I recommend you turn it off and on a few times before you go outside ;)

    Using it takes patience. It's not like flying a ship ;) Go slow, and it works fine.

    Well, I got my first one. Maybe I should've been clearer...

    Have we established how to get all 3 variants yet? Like what variables in the mission change which one you get?

    I started a replay immediately after the first time through, and a different crate was highlighted with a different suit inside. I assume you go three times and get all three suits. But, a fleetie said he got the same crate and suit on his replay, so dunno if its random or what.

    Where did you find the link to restart the mission?

    Yeah a lot of people have had the same suit each time so if thats how you do it then its not particularly nice to have it random drop is it (though must say they arent anniversary EV suits, they will still be there after the anniversary thankfully)


    End the mission restart is under episodes.. its the featured episode.

    My current hypothesis is that it depends on what you say to convince the nerd to come with you. I asked if he wanted to be there alone when the voth showed up, I got the striker armor.

    3 options, 3 armors.

    Any support, any disproving testimony?

    Well i used beams so that could be a possiblity, i shall check it out with my next play.
