Is there any way of splitting devices?

I have 6 Small Shield Charge devices and I want to split them evenly among my team, is there any way to do this or do I have to give all 6 to one individual?

    For any device that stacks, I think it's control-drag and let go. You'll get a dialog asking how many you want to move. If CTRL doesn't work try SHFT.
