Romulan Ships fleet symbal and uniform

why can't Romulan ships have there fleet symbol on there ship? if you have a fed ship or kdf ship you can put your fleets symbol on it but not on Romulan ships.

Also for Romulans shouldn't Romulans be able to wear Starfleet or kdf uniforms but only if there a fleet uniform or maybe there should be fleet uniforms clothes that you can unlock for creating fleet uniforms and all members can wear that fleets uniform so Romulans can wear that fleets uniform as well.
