i hope it's a good tier ship, maybe t3 to t5, hopefully one dedicated to engineering, so a cruiser as all this focus on tac and sci with the dyson ships has left this class ignored.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
I am guessing it is something which may be 'useful' in the upcoming FE tomorrow such as the Weapon pack or a variant of the Combat EV suit put back in store. I doubt it will be a ship.
I wouldn't get my hopes up for a free ship on day 3, knowing PWE (and also the new dyson ships that are coming up) it will be something small like the other 2 days. I'm guessing for a shuttle, uniform or the melee weapon pack.
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.
Now they are going to want to mix it up so its unlikely to be a pet or bridge pack again and I would think the next prize will be bigger than the last two based on how they did the give away event last time so that makes me think it wont be just a uniform so a low-mid level ship or shuttle makes sense to me and like last time there may well be a tier 5 ship to come on the last day.
I think it will be either a low level ship or shuttle/fighter. If its a ship I think it will be the tier 3 Excelsior for Feds and the tier 3 Vandal Destroyer. If its a shuttle/fighter then I would guess Peregrine/To'Duj.

Day 3 is already the last day ... my guess is Shuttle / T2,3 Ship as well
Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.
Don't think it will be a ship due to the anniversary ships, but if it is I think it might be an Intrepid to go along with the Tuvok theme, with other faction equivalents.
Uniform, maybe but unsure which it might be due to the Khan one the other day. Doesn't really give much else to choose from.
My guess is still the Bellerophon and Draguas. A couple of nice, lower tier ships to help get people prepared for doing science while they grind for their Sci-stroyers. The Bellerophon is also a nice nod to Voyager without giving away the max level C-Store Intrepid Retro.
I would be surprised if it was a shuttle. They gave the To'Duj away last time and KDF doesn't have any other C-store Small Craft.

they could give away th delta flyer, however that would be a big FU to the KDF /KDF aligned roms

If it's just the Flyer, it would be an odd pattern ...
Mon : 400 Zen
Tue : 400 x 2 Zen = 800 Zen
Wed : back to 500 Zen for the big finale ... (my guess is something worth ~ 1600 Zen) [maybe more if we're lucky] => 1x T3 ship (1500 Zen) / 2x T2 Ships (2x750 Zen) i.E.

Hah. Don't expect anything fancy. It'll be something TRIBBLE-poor, because they're "giving" us a "free" T5 ship as part of the anniversary event.
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.

Well it'd be kind of silly to give away anything under 1000 Zen ... otherwise they would've given away the Bridge Packs (2x400 Zen) today/tomorrow (and some costume i.E. yesterday/today) - so I would at least expect 2 Costumes or something similar ... [not sure if T2/3 Ships are "fancy", but I'm not expecting T5 Ships]

"giving"?!?! HAH! We still have to grind for the ships. Since when is it in Cryptic/Perfect World's ideas for "Giving" us those anniversary ships? Don't get me wrong, I love the idea for those Hybrid ships, but aren't they making enough off of the poor saps buying lockbox keys for lockboxes? I have opened more than enough lockboxes to get a fleet of lockbox ships, yet only received on 2-3 ships, and a BUNCH of doffs and just enough lobi to still not have enough to even buy a Lobi ship. Honestly, remove the lockboxes and give us the option to buy the Lockbox ships directly and people will spend more money.
I also want to state that make the lockboxes an after mission reward. I am getting tired of picking up dozens of lockboxes while running through missions only to have to trash them mid-mission.
Also, isn't gambling illegal in some states? If so, isn't it gambling when opening a lockbox?

Consider yourself lucky. I opened about 200 boxes since they were released. No ships.

I don't know for states but it is for some countries. However, it's not technically gambling, as you win something everytime. Lobis and something extra, for example a DOFF pack. While gambling imply you can (and most of the time you will) loose your bet, and win nothing in return.

1. Pure insanity. Keep in mind that the hypothetical monetary cost of a Lobi ship is a minimum of $200 (800 lobi at minium 4 lobi per box), and NO, not that many people buy their lobi ships solely by grinding master keys for EC. Why would they take $25 on a ship when they make 10x that much on the lockbox lottery. Even the grinding people do to make money to buy master keys counts towards the game's growth metrics and justifies further development.
2. It's not gambling (not in the legal sense) because 1.)the prizes are laid out in detail 2.)you cannot take money out of the system, and 3.)you always win something from the transaction (even if that something is just 4 lobi crystals and a doff mini-pack).
Seriously people, if you're unhappy with the game (for the record, I'm not unhappy yet), the only way to guarantee change is to quit entirely and come back if you hear things have changed in a way you like. By logging in or joining the game or having anything to do with it, you only feed the "beast" more.
By playing this game you increase their player count, you increase their daily participation metrics, you interact with other players who are either happy with the way things are or don't know any better and enhance their experience BY YOUR VERY PRESENCE (and this is the only time a person who is active on an MMO's forums makes the experience of a non-forum-goer better). Griping on the forums or twitter won't make the bean-counters budge.
For those accusing STO of becoming a so-called "social game", notice that those kinds of games ONLY die when the playerbase drops. Leave this blighted dimension, and take as many as you can with you. Only then will you make any substantive progress towards the change you so desire.
I'm hoping for the Dhelan retrofit. Not sure how likely that is.
There's the mirror version in tomorrow's lockbox. It'll be cheap on the exchange before long.
I'm honestly now at the point where I don't even care. It won't be a top end ship because we're being "given" one of those as part of the 4th Anniversary.
So to top it all off, this year Cryptic decided to reward our continued loyalty to the game with a mind-numbing grind for something that's already obselete (with the announcement of 10-console versions) and meagre "gifts" in an attempt to curry favour back to them in the wake of the backlash from their poor decisions.
All of which could have been avoided if they'd not included the grind. People would have been more receptive of these free giveaways and more receptive of the upcoming 10-console Science destroyers if they hadn't had to work their arses off for something that's supposed to be "free".
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.
Last time it increased as it went. I'm thinking it will be a ship as well. However it could be a bunch of uniforms as well. In a few hours we will find out.

Ok "they fly" so let's recap what some posters said: a shuttle pet, a ship, a shuttle ... or a flying exocomp. Anything else possible?

@roberttj1995 Okay, okay. One hint! "They fly" Now, have a great night!
Tribbles, weapons, and uniforms don't fly. Well, Tribbles do if you throw them hard enough.:D
I actually like Delta Rising.
