Voth universal console question

I'm looking at a couple of universal consoles in the Voth set and it lists a 3rd one that will grant a Battle Cloak. The set lists it as: "Console - Universal - Reflective Shield Amplifier".

Where is that console available? It is from Voth lock boxes, one of the Voth lobi ships, or from some other source?

Also, I've seen reference to a "Reactive Shield Amplifier". Is that the same console or something completely different?

    As to your first question, you get it from the Voth Bastion Flight Deck Cruiser. I don't know the answer to your second question, but I'd assume they're the same.

    A few things...

    The battle cloak is granted by equipping the three voth ship consoles.

    Ward of the bulwark
    Reflective shield of the bastion
    Aceton assimilate of the palisade

    The 2p grants a normal cloak.

    Probably cost ya around 650million ec for the three.

    Thanks for the information. I already have two of the consoles, the Ward Repair Ship and the Aceton Field Generator. I was mostly curious about that 3rd one, since hovering over either of the two consoles I have equipped lists the 3rd one as "Reflective" vs. the "Reactive" that I believe is with the Bastion.

    I wasn't sure if the Reflective and Reactive ones were actually the same thing, and perhaps Cryptic just made a typo in the description.
