EV Suit not working

USER ERROR...PLEASE DISREGARD...

There's a little toggle on the tray that lets you turn the visuals on the controls on/off...now I found it.

So the title pretty much says it all, environmental suit(s) are not working on this character. The on/off toggle which is usually above the power tray is missing. I tried another 'rare' environmental suit, same thing, so it seems it's an issue with the character. Here's what I've tried:

1) Logging in/out, restarting the computer
2) Discarding EV suit and reclaiming on ESD (Veteran reward)
3) Screaming at the computer

Nothing has worked.

The User Interface For My Ev Suits Are Also Missing So I Cannot Complete Missions That Require An Ev Suit. Anyone Know If There Is A Work Around Like A Setting That Allows You To Activate Your Ev Suit Via Keystroke
