Projectile weapon officer - power to shields

Has 25% chance of +20 shield power for 10sec. Do rommy tripple torps count as 1? What about torp spread? and pet torps.

I'm guessing that they have the loopholes closed, there again tric bombing....

    You can only benefit from such a doff once every 10 seconds.

    Judging by how the Hyper-Torp works with the reloading PWO, each torpedo will have a chance to proc the ability.

    With my 6th active space doff spot soon to be open on my fed and kdf I'm considering options.

    My KDF carrier has elite scorps as my default pet, thats 12 torp launching birds + the carrier's rommy torp. Problem is KDF aligned ones cost 5m EC which is a bit high for an experiment.

    Pet torps do not generate extra power for the carrier, I bought a green doff and tested on a farm missions, which paid for the green doff. Tomorrow I'll test torp spread and make some ec doing it.
