2 question about consoles and Voth items

OK I have two questions...

1. The Nukuara console form the rep, does this affect the AP turret that you can get from Sphere of Influence? (also does it affect the kinetic cutting beam?)

2. Does the Photon torpedo tactical console affect the gravimetric torp that you can get form the Dyson rep?

    1. Yes to the omni beam...as it is a beam with the arc modifier. No to the KCB, I don't think anyone knows what this is...

    2. Yes to hit, not 100% sure about the proc'd rift

    The rift is exotic damage, it's buffed by Particle Generators and the pull is bugged by Graviton Generators.

    That's interesting.. so it can double duty.. in a round about sort of way.
