    this effect was seen at earth spacedock. What kind of technology is this and where can I get one?

    It's a geometric region of nonspace. It's nothing... literally. It is the absence of anything. I'm afraid you were not supposed to find it. Section 31 will be looking for you shortly.... if it makes you feel better you can try to get things in order before they arrive (not that it'll matter).
