idea for private holdings

I want a bar like Quark! And my own moon like his cousin! Maybe a vineyard like Picard. Or a restaurant like Cisco's dad. Or a tailor shop like Garrick. Da me lo!!!
I think private holdings would be fun. Why not? It can use civilian employees as a new type of doff. We already have the miner doffs for the dilithium mine missions. Same thing. Also I think science, engineer, and tac captains should have access to different buildings. Klingon, fed, and romulan factions should have different ones available to them. Different races too. Like Bajorans could have a temple to the prophets, Orions could have a pirate base, Ferengi could have the bar... Klingons might have a bloodwine brewery or a targ racing track or whatever. Gorn could have a Tokyo holding, with missions for razing it or fighting space monsters in it.
There's a lot of possibilities. I'm thinking that they could give good bonuses for shuttles. With that new shuttle pvp thing coming... Or maybe something different.
