What is the best drain build ever?

I was looking for new STO challenge (which means a new excercise in frustration, albeit fun) so I'm making a Sci officer. Worse than that, I wanted to put together a drain build in a bortasqu'. I have all 3 versions (as I am a glutton for punishment) so what would be the best "drain build" for a Bortasqu' ?

    Forget a drain build. Not much sci skill slots on the Bort, even if you run LtCDR as sci. I tried running it as a sci but at most could run grav well and tachyon beam. It wasn't overly useful.

    If you want a drain build you want to make a drainfi (drain karfi is a thing)
