Looking for a fleet for two alts

So, I am going to be leveling up some alts soon, one Rom-K and one KDF. Looking for a good RP fleet for both. Must be active and have a Dilithium mine. My Fed is my main, and the Romulan will be the more active of the two alts. Romulan fleets also accepted; I posted in New Romulus as well.
