what are the best elachi space weapons ?

hiya all im not very good at understanding builds and weapons

im looking at a load of elachi dual heavy cannons

what is the best accx2 ??? i realy dont no



if any one could be kind in letting me no as i realy dont want to get the wrong ones

A single weapon with accx3 for pvp or crtdx3 if pve

Reason why only one is that they lock each other out after one procs for 4 seconds
