Cannot load Tribble after Jan 10, 2014 Patch

I've tried to load Tribble since the patch and after the patch went through, I clicked Engage after the Cryptic logo appears the client crashes and I get the following error: "Fatal Error: Unable to initialize on-demand patching and connect to Patch Server: The connection was idle for too long". I have not seen this error before till after patch.

    any luck fixing this ? iv come back after a bit of a break and downloaded all the patches etc bought the 159 dollar legacy pack and still cant get into the game getting the same error as you and tried everything theyv said to fix it including disabled firewalls etc
