Common DOffs on Exchange after today's update

I am posting this in hopes that it gets the word out. I attempted to purchase Common quality Colonists from the exchange, paid the EC, but no doff. I did a second toon, just to check and make sure it wasn't something specific to my KDF side toon, and on my FED toon, same result. On FED toon, I have about 300 slots of room, so that is not the issue here. I have NO colonists listed on either toons at this time. If anyone else has found this issue and has a 'fix', please let me know.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. And if Cryptic/PWE could also take a look at this, would be greatly appreciated.

I went back to the original assignment location that prompted me to need Colonists. Opened up the assignment and they were listed there, showing that they were available, however, they still do not show up in the roster list. I have 3 remaining Colonists, per the assignment window, but not reflected as such in my roster.

They come up as passengers not on ur active list ur only alould 20 it does not matter if u payed for more slots
