Omega Thigh Holsters?

Hello, last time I unlocked Omega costumes on my Federation Alien, I had the option in "Lower" to add a thigh 'holster' on the left and/or right.

I just unlocked Omega costume variants 2 and 3 on my Romulan but she does not have the options to add the thigh holsters. Is this a bug?

    Might want to mention if your Romulan is KDF aligned or Fed aligned. There might be slight differences between the KDF and Federation version.
