Breen Ship where to buy?

OK stupid question but I have the 1000 autographs.
Where do I get the breen ship?

When you highlight over the autographs it says you have to talk to the holiday vendor.
I did and he does not have it.

I am obviously missing something. Please help

    Press "U", go to the Reputation window, select the Events tab, queue the ship you want, dump the autographs into the project - bam, sorted.

    i believe the Q helper or mini Q's market has the ships as well. incase you don't want to do it rep wise.
