kill any thing in pvp

hiya all I have been playing since beginnig of 2011 and have tried to learn as much as my brain lets me understand about pvp
im a tactical fed officer using jem'hadar attack ship using all mk xii very rare consoles /fleet advanced mkii weapons
being disruptor base weapons

and when im in pvp some times I see ships that cut in to a borg cube like butter
how can I get like this

im using 4x advanced fleet disruptor dual heavy cannons mk xii ( dmgx3 (crth)

maco graviton deflector array mkxii

adapted maco combat impulse engine mkxii

elite fleet reinforced warp core mkxii ( eps ) (e->s)(scap)(amp)(sss)

adapted maco convariant shield array mkii

3x advanced fleet disruptor turret mkii ( dmg ) x3 (crth)



eng consoles / neutronium alloy mkii very rare purple
eng consoles / enchanced neutronium alloy mk xi (+turn )
uni console / assimilated module
eng console / field emitter mkii very rare purple

sci console / field generator mkxii very rare purple


tactical consoles 5x disruptor inductions coil xii very rare purple all

can any one help me out on a mega killer build for my jem hadar attack ship
if pos would like to stay using disruptors

any help would be appreciated

    You don't mention your boff skills... but I think we can infer what you are running for the most part. One for pvp forget trying to do 4 dhc... swap one out for a Dual Beam bank... and slot at least one overload. As a tac you can use Tac Init to keep 1 going every 15s pretty consistant. You will need the extra spike to end people

    On what you did post... if you are going to use disruptors in PvP you need to have the ACC mod on them. I would also suggest Not using the Fleet weapons unless you have next to no EC.

    For Disruptors... run one Elachi Dual beam bank. (the proc goes through shields if your overload procs you can end someone with full shields)... ACCx3 would be the best... however you don't need to spend that much... get a [acc]x2 [crth]... or [acc] [crth]x2 which ever you can afford or is a good deal at the time.

    For the canons.... Go with 3 Nanaite Disrutpror DHC... this will allow you to run DHC with 3 mods on them... again same mods as the DBB. This will allow you to stack the nanite proc on people that will give you more shield pen.

    For the turrets... drop to 2 turrets... and run one Kinetic Cutting beam... you already have the console on this will enable the Omega Amp proc on the set which will give you a nice boost of DPS. For the turrets though... you can run the Fleet... However you want to switch to higher [acc] versions... or best yet Pick up some Polarized Disruptor Turrets... this will give you the Polaron and Regular Disruptor procs... they only have 2 mods [acc]x2 would be best but pricey... agaain [acc] [crth] would be a good substitute.

    The defelector engine shield are not doing much for you really.... I know you didn't say you where getting beat up... I find that right now Covariant shields are a pain with all the bleed through going on... handicapping yourself with another 5% is hard to heal through. however if you are going to run one at least you have the placate proc on that one so it may be ok.

    For the engine and deflector though I would probaly go with the Borg set for the extra hull heal it makes the bug a lot more tanky imo.

    For doffs / boff skills... most people run a hazards a tss... a Epte a Epts with either aux to damp or Aux to Sif or something. I like Damp myself and the new damp doff is godly... if you have the EC again the Attack Pattern doffs are a great way to keep omega 3 up 50% of the time... the combo of that and the damp doff will make you immune to GW and Repulsors all the time. I would say Omega 3 - Rapid Fire 2 x 2... Delta 1 ... Overload 2 - Tac Team x 2

    I have to disagree with almost every suggestion by Tyler:

    IMHO ( I m flying a bug ship for almost 1,5 years now)

    1) DONT USE BEAM OVERLOAD. While it may become THE INSTA killing skill on every tac escort ,it is much better with "hit and run" cloak able ships like Bird of Preys (KDF or ROM)
    Even with Acc x3 the amount of beam overload missfire is just too often to overal serves you well.You may become enthousiastic about the few insta vapes with BO ,but consider how many times your attempts was failure.Not to mention the energy drain on weapon power.

    2) Dual Heavy Fleet Elite Disruptor Cannons are arguably currently the BEST weapons for KDF
    Again if you will use a dual beam bank and beam overload (not realy recommended unless u are in a cloakable ship) the Elachi with Acc x3 or x 2 is probably best choice.BUT Elachi is not a better choice compared to Elite Fleet if you go with DHCs only

    3) DONT go for Nanite Disruptors.Imo they are total TRIBBLE. (Have tested the Acc x 3 against many different DHCs and they were doing the least of damage.

    4)DONT drop a turret for the cutting beam in hope to take advantage of the Omega weapon amplifier.The cutting beam itself does miniscule damage and while the amplifier is nice to have its chance and time of action is OVERAL NOT better to a turret that fires consistently.
    I urge u to actually use a full set of aft turrets.You may use an elachi and or polarized disruptor type instead of all fleet elite even though i still feel i m doing most damage when
    everything is fleet elite.

    Are you sure that you know what pvp is ??
    If you seeing ships shooting borg-cubes your talking stf's/pve !!

    Last time I checked there were cubes in Ker'rat. That's what I assumed he was talking about anyway.

    Granted if he is KDF you make a good point those weapons are extremely OP... he said he was using the step down though so I was assuming him to be fed. If hes KDF your right. :)

    He also mentioned he was using a Maco Cov shield... pretty much a dead give away that E disruptors are not an option for him. :) Frankly with out E disruptors he is never going to kill anyone with 4 dhc anymore... the KDF is sort of one upped in that one area alone. You can still run 4 dhc on a klink escort and get away with it, doesn't work on a fed imo.

    it might take a few seconds longer but even my full aux, no energy weapon sci ship can slice through cubes pretty handily.

    Ya know, I have a PvE fleet that I started in 2011, everytime one of my PvE buddies asks me for build advice, I put them in a PvP build (I don't tell them that). They are usually stunned by what can be done with a properly built, skilled and geared PvP ship.

    A good alpha striker in PvP should be able to cleave a Borg cube in 2 in a second or just as quick as any player. There is no difference in this.

    The only reason why PvP builds are not top of the game in PvE usually is because there's not many high health targets till the end and it needs more of a constant stream of damage than super spike like PvP.

    So yeah what you really need is advice on being an effective alpha striker. Antonio's advice is sound, it will make you effective for PvP and should allow for a nice alpha on the Borg.

    I've even seen Zelda's bug in the breach and that thing alpha strikes like a baws. Would have been better if the mission wasn't so lame so I coulda seen a bit more and sized it up for PvE.

    It is through repetition that we learn our weakness.

    Has damage got out of control?

    CryoX I always breathe a small sigh of relief when I see you on my team. Would you mind posting your current build? I'm always interested in how others builds are looking that may not fit the current popular build (like no DBB, no KCB).

    Its not rocket science... he uses E disruptors for the -25% shield resistance. That allows him to stick to 4 DHC. If your klink and you can afford it grab a set and your good to go.

    Ya thanks I can read. I got that from his last post. I don't think I'd just slap a set of elite d's on a ship and be as effective as he is.

    Its a standard bug build. 2 Attack pattern doffs... omega 3 + delta 1/beta (can't remember which he was running)... 2 copies of rapid 2... 2 tac teams... EPTE EPTS... and I can't remember if he was using aux to damp with the doff an RSP or a SIF... but any of the 3 would work... a Hz and a TSS.

    Pile on that... some Tier 4 placate a placate shield and Bob (not the Yak) is your uncle.

    Its the same build every fed bug pilot ran for a year or so in every premade going... it just still works because klinks can ignore 25% of shield resistance.

    I use 4 DHCs also. Tried a DBB but was never able to get it down pat. The problem I find with DBB is the proliferation of Roms. Even tractored they often still have enough Def to make a BO miss. But at any rate saying you cant kill without a DBB is kind of a stretch. Im using the Elite Dis now also but was able to kill with Pol Dis and reg Dis.

    But back on topic. A tractor beam makes four DHCs much easier, although you have to do without HE or TSS, in the long run its worth it in my opinion. Timed in that sweet spot while APO and TT is on CD you can almost always get a kill unless they pop RSP up.

    Well Antonio is right. I dont think of my build as being "special" or unique in anyway.
    Its also true that there isnt realy a fixed set up /build i use,rather i keep changing all the time testing something new and/or coming back to what i felt worked best.

    Generaly i dont use Omega 3 2x CRF 2 but i prefer 2 x Omega1 CRF3/CRF 1.
    I dont have a Attack pattern doff.Even if i had a full set of 3 i doubt i would use them because i ve found other doffs to be of more importance )
    I also use one Delta 1 ( Works better than Beta,especialy against beam strong FAW AuxtoBat exploiters)
    EptEngines EptShields and a sci BOF with PH 1 and HE 2.
    I feel i m doing better with PH ( instead of TSS 1) plus 2 x Omega in an enviroment dominated by tractors coming from all sides and even from mines.
    An escort that is unable to move is a dead escort.You can survive without shields but you cant survive without your ...hull;)
    I m very battery depended.Fully specced plus purple battery cd reduction doff and i get to use one every minute.Sometimes ( special occasions) i load double Aux/Engine Batteries and they are fantastic.

    The choice between RSP 1 or Aux to Inertial Dampeners 1...
    The logic in using the Aux to In Damp + energy damage resistance doff is obvious.
    Makes your bug/escort immune to al the sci TRIBBLE ...Gravity,Tykens,Repulsors,Shockaves,Mine explosions ,torpedo kinetic dmg...In current PvP status quo all those skills are ruling the game.
    BUT, RSP is absolutely crucial in order to utilize Go down fighting to its fullest potential.
    No other tactical captain skill is as powerfull and as destructive as GDF on low hull.
    I ve never seen any ship survive a full time CRF on GDF with a hull of 10% or lower...
    Without RSP it becomes extremely difficult -if not impossible- to survive long enough to use precious GDF.That is the reason i always end up chosing RSP over Aux to dampeners.
    Having said that,If aux to in damp would aditionaly provide immunity to tractors (like Omega) and VM i would probably choose it over RSP.

    As for Doffs my most precious is the one that clears all debuffs when Emerg Power to X system is activated.An amazing doff that practicaly remove the need for Science Team and /or Engineering team.

    Perhaps the only thing i sometimes do that is unusual and rarely seen is using Single Cannons in place of Dual Heavies.Most players consider these to be low damage ,useless TRIBBLE ....but that is far from the truth.As a matter of fact in many circumstances i do same or even MORE damage with a full set of Fleet Elite Single cannon disruptors than with DHCs.What u loose in burst damage you get from sustained damage due to 180 firing arc plus the Fleet Elite proc of taking down shields.:D

    Hey CryoX, Very nice and interesting set up similar to what i run i am also battery dependent and use the Batt CD very nice, curious though what is this doff is this that clears all Sci when using Emerg Power to X system is activated?, and i have seen you use Plasmonic and EptE also correct ? and I like yourself like to tinker with different builds to see what works best, also curious as to why you don't use the Polaran Damage Boost ? (Jem Space set)

    The doff is a warp core engineer and clears all debuffs, not only sci. Useful against oneshot-abilites like scramble, subnuke, FOMM etc.

    Hi, your equipment/layout is fine except for the shield, almost anything would be better, its the worst escort shield in the game. Try elite fleet or adapted maco.

    However your skill points could do with some work.

    Mainly you have no points in power insulators or inertial dampeners, this is suicide!
    You need 3 in each minimum. Also I would take 3 off hull plating and put 3 into threat, this gives more in defence overall. Others could give you more advice but that's what stands out to me.

    and about the warp core i was told that would help my build ??? may be not
    im not very good at builds as you can see
