Timeship

Hey guys, can you still get timeships from temporal lock boxes on the exchange?

Can a romulan player get the wells class? Or if I open a temporal science vessel requisition pack as a romulan it'll give me the romulan version? Since it doesn't specify in the pack.

    They come and go on the exchange and generally sell for over 100M ec. There is a temporal ship for all three factions, none cloak.
