Best nonrandom Dos for specific assignments list?

Is there a master list of DOs by assignment? Or even a 'most useful' group?
For example, epohh researcher, or (whatever race) BO evaluation, and so on? What I am looking for would be making good choices from the 'store' that pops up when you level an area, or quest /etc reward officers -- if certain ones excel at these common tasks, without having to mouse over each skill of each one and wait for the assignment in question to pop up or trying to cross reference the online lists... anyone have a link to anything like that??
