Veteran Program

I've been on STO since the beta program, then when it went live I became a lifelong subscriber, so I've clocked up over 1400 days.

Since being on STO, I've had all the day veteran rewards, up until I reached the 700 day vet, now I'm still stuck on there.

So how do I get my other rewards, and get up to my 1200 day veteran status??? Has anyone else had the same problem, and have you been able to overcome it and how???

    There is no vet reward past 1,000 days. You should have gotten all the other rewards when you became lifetime. Have you checked to see if you can claim the vet ships and other goodies listed in the rewards past 700?

    There is rewards up to 1200 day veteran status. Yes I have checked and tried to claim, but getting nowhere at all..................

    There are only up to 1k vet rewards.

    There is no accolade for getting 1100 days, 1200 days, 1300 days, etc. There is absolutely no reason for Cryptic to add Veteran Rewards past 1000 days since hardly anyone would qualify for them the hard way due to people going F2P or the lifetime subscription giving all veteran rewards. I suggest you go to DS9 to see if you can claim the Mugato or Shipyard to see if you can claim the Heavy Destroyer.

    Check your information before you make baseless comments, ashkirk is indeed correct.

    1k is the current maximum for Veteran Rewards, which awards you the Faction's Heavy Destroyer. There's also no point asking here - now that this is your second thread on the subject. Try sending a bug report or a ticket regarding billing.

    Let's have a quiz on what is more likely to solve your problem. Is it:

    A: make more threads about it in General Discussion, or
    B: file a ticket with the folks in Support who actually have the ability to examine your account and do something about it?

    Lol we need some thread merging. There is nothing past 1000 day veteran status...as far as Accolades and Rewards are concerned... in STO.

    Apologies, you are correct, it is 1000 day vet, and yes, I did put a ticket into support many months ago.......

    A few quick questions...

    1. While at sto.perfectworld.com, login using account info and check out My Account. It should confirm there that you are a life time subscriber.

    2. Have you been getting your Zen Stipend every month since Free 2 Play?
