What Doffs to run with Squad leader kit?

I'm kind of lost to what types of Doffs to run and am just curious what doffs you run with this kit?
I use the overwatch doff that removes debuffs, But the Rally Cry doff seems like it doesn't proc enough(8% to +25% hp. 8% Chance to rez fallen teammates) Should I stack a few, and I wonder if the grenade recharges really help?
