no upgradeproject BNP -> Dil available

Hello,

just wanted to exchange some Borg-Neural Processors into Dilithium Ores, but in the upgradeslot there is no such project available (even if i had reached Tier 5). There are only 2 projects (Markexchange and Sponsorship for additional Chars).

My other Char (Tier 3) has the project BNP -> Dil available.

Any suggestions what's wrong or if there is a workaround?

    Has the character who doesn't have the mission done any elite STFs?

    Need to finish at least one on a toon to unlock that I believe.

    Correct. Completing one elite STF gives an accolade that unlocks the BNP to Dilithium project.

    Yes, the toon finished Khitomer space on Elite including optional (earned 11 BNPs for this).

    I'm a little bit confused, because i think BNPs can only be achieved by doing STFs on Elite.

    Edit: Problem resolved by doing Infected Space on Elite. Yippiekayee.

    BNPs can be dropped in normal STFs in rare circumstances. Although it is strange how it didn't unlock for KASE, but did for ISE.

    I had an alt that had 35 BNPs before it would let me cash them in. And I've rarely done normal mode STFs.
