Bridge Officer Order

Maybe this is a stupid question, but how do I change the order that my bridge officers appear in the "Character Status" window. I recently added a new bridge officer and when I did, instead of appearing at the bottom of the list, she appeared in the middle. Right now they don't appear to be in any sort of order. They aren't grouped by profession, name, or order of appearance. Nothing.

    No, not alphabetical. At least not mine.
