[Idea] Fleet projects materials storage

My idea is to support earning FC by players, especially from large Fleets.
Current contribution system instead creating spirit of cooperation at building Star Base make players to compete who is faster at donating resources and getting FC. This problem occur mostly in large fleets in which projects sometimes are "closed" after few seconds and people need to wait 20h for next race. (I know there are 5 slot projects only to earn FC but they are waste of resources because they gave almost nothing to actual SB progress.)

What I'd like to suggest is "Fleet projects materials storage" (or any other name :)) in which players could donate any resource for all available projects and earn FC (it can work as a bank, never ending project, etc.). When any project activate to contribution it will be automatically filled with materials from the Storage in the first place. If there won't be enough materials in storage then players will contribute rest in normal (current) way.

I believe that with such system every player in the Fleet will have equal possibility to earn FC, not only those players who play at specific time period (new project start) or are simply faster then rest.

Would be nice, but the way projects are set up ruin this. Any item that is contributed to a project is automatically deleted and progress is recorded. So the devs can set up a project that gathers up an insane amount of resources, but there is nothing to do with it. It would require new tech to do something like what you are asking. Also there are certain projects that are more important than others. If a Fleet has a basic engineering provision project slotted first and the Tier 3 Embassy project slotted, then the dilithium would likely go towards the provision project instead of the upgrade.

This is why I would go with massive provision projects that only cost Fleet Marks. Fleet members are not likely to donate duty officers and dilithium, but Fleet Marks are usually the first to be filled after Expertise and Commodities. So a project that requires just 5,000 Fleet Marks, takes 30 minutes to complete, and gives 10 Engineering, Science, and Military Equipment provisions would be far easier to implement and would help large fleets.

A Fleet Mark/Fleet Credit Exchange would also work. I donate 1 Fleet Mark to this exchange and someone gives me 100 Fleet Credits for it. So I get the Fleet Credits that I desperately need since I am in a large active fleet where it is almost impossible to donate and someone else in a small fleet that has a ton of Fleet Credits, but not enough Fleet Marks. Was going to go with a fixed rate of 50 Fleet Credits per Mark, but a person in a small fleet would get an infinite supply of Fleet Marks. Guy in small fleet sets up bid in exchange for 1 Fleet Mark by giving 50 Fleet Credits, then donates Fleet Mark to Fleet and gets 50 Fleet Credits, sells 50 Fleet Credits in Exchange and gets another Fleet Mark. Process is repeated continuously until small fleet gets to Tier 5 without effectively spending a single Fleet Credit.
