Idea - Fleet Drydock

A place that is three tiered like most fleet expansions.

Things that could be done could be (in no particular order):

- Change the weapon things on inbuilt ship weapons e.g. phaser lance, quad cannons etc...
- energy type,
- modifiers such as CrtH or Acc etc.

- Move a console slot from eng to sci to tact (capped at max of 5 consoles)

- Switch a BOff seat from eng - sci - tact

- Modify ship mounting points

- Modify hull / shield str to increase turn (or decrease) or inertia

Alrighty, putting on asbestos suit for incoming plasma burn

    In order that you listed:

    -(the first three): I can get behind this one, honestly (perhaps a limit to one changed modifier). Quad cannons suck big time.

    -No, we don't need this. Ships come with the setups they have for a reason. You'd start seeing uber ships going around (think JHAS, but with a 5/0/5 eng/sci/tac setup).

    -Same reason.

    -By this I assume you mean the firing visuals. Heck yeah, to stop those stupid Odysseys from firing off the end of their nacelles.

    -Again, ship base stats are made the way they are so they don't absolutely throw everything out of balance.


    Basically, scrap the ideas that have to do with changing innate ship stats and keep the other ideas.
