LTS and monthly stipend...

I've been a lifetime subscriber for about a year and I was under the impression that I'm supposed to get 500 Promotional Points monthly, which can be used as zen (but only for STO) in the c-store, but I don't think I'm getting it. I have purchased several thousand dollars worth of zen in the last year, but I can't recall that my total c-store zen has had anything added to what I have in there from day-to-day. The following is from the features matrix page and I think that should apply to me so how can I tell if I'm getting the stipend or not?

Promotional Points differ from ZEN in that they can only be used in Star Trek Online. ZEN, however, may be used across all Cryptic Studios' games.
There is about as much water on Earth now as there was three billion years ago. But while the amount of water has remained static, the amount of tequila and Triple Sec available for the making of Margaritas has expanded enormously. So you see, we have made progress after all. ~Anonymous

500 Promotional Points are 500 Zen you get with the lifetime membership

Yeah, you'd think they'd have some sort of receipt or notification system in place, like most any other company that provides usable goods to a customer, eh?

Check the zen store in game. My account balance on this website shows I have zero zen, but in game it says that I have 500. I think this happens because you are technically getting promotional points, that only work in STO. So you can only view how much you have in the STO game. Hope that helps.

The Zen in the wallet on the website only reflect what hasn't been transferred into a game yet. Since your stipend comes from your STO lifetime account, it deposits directly into STO and does not appear in your Zen purchase history on the web. It will show if you go to the C-Store while in game. It can be hard to tell when the deposit happens, especially if you keep a balance of Zen. It'd be nice if we got an in game mail or something, but currently it just appears without notice.

Currently, I have 680 zen since I had my stipend come in 4 days ago. I usually don't look at the website unless checking how many days I've had my LTS, I don't check to see if I have zen through the site at all. I usually look at the In-game store to see that.

I haven't been getting my monthly zen either for about a year. It use to show up in the wallet/zen purchase but then it stopped. I've also noticed that I've got no Zen in game unless I purchased it.

Subscription 'stipend' never showed up in the Zen wallet, Since their 'bound' to STO, they show up in your C-Store Zen balance...

The 500 zen stipend usually comes around the time per month when you purchased your lifetime, so like i got mine on the 28th or something, so i always get my zen around that date. the only way to be sure you got it is by keeping track of your zen balance and check whether or not it increases without you buying zen/transfering zen to sto

Is there any way to find out when you paid for a LTS if you have one, so you can look for the stipend when it comes?

On this website, if you go to upgrade to gold ----> log in with your details (you have to click "sign up) ----> you can see how many days youve been subscribed.

At least thats how it works for me, I'm on a gold sub at the moment so I imagine its the same for your LTS.

Its awkward and cumbersome since you have to manually calculate the date your sub started, but its better than nothing I guess. I cant see any other way to find the date of first sub.

The fact theyve hidden the account log in behind a misleading "sign up" doesnt help, especially since you have to sign in again even if youre signed in on the site itself.

    Anyway, hope this helps.

I wish I could figure out what you mean by this but when I log off and sign in again I can't find anything referring to days I've played...
