    You sure that buff isn't from Rom Boffs or trait adjustment or something? I just checked my own F-Norgh in Qo'nos orbit with a crew of a human, a nausicaan, a lib-borg, and a lethean, and my decloak bonus was still only 15%.

    Agreed. Probably has to be a Romulan with Subterfuge on it.

    Damnit, well you guys are correct. Removed the BOFFs and the decloak damage is back to +15%. Getting ahead of myself!

    If this thread can be deleted, that'd be swell.
